Most of the awards are issued by the International Chocolate Salon www.InternationalChocolateSalon.com in San Francisco,

one of the premier international bodies celebrating and honoring artisan and premium chocolates and confections.  

There are several other competition organizations around the world and we hope to submit to them in the future as well.
